Fixed-pillar jib crane (also known as: column-type cantilever crane, column-type cantilever crane, column-type cantilever crane, column-type cantilever crane, column-type cantilever crane, fixed-pillar cantilever crane, fixed-pillar cantilever crane) is a new generation of light lifting equipment for modern production. The fixed-column type jib crane is composed of column device, rotary device, rotary arm device and ring chain electric hoist. It mainly includes upper column, lower column, main beam, main beam tie rod, lifting mechanism (ring chain electric hoist), rotary mechanism, electrical system, climbing ladder and maintenance platform. The lower end of the column is fixed on the foundation of concrete, and the rotary arm rotates, which can be rotated according to the user's needs. The turning part is divided into manual and electric turning. The ring chain electric hoist is installed on the rotary arm track for lifting heavy objects.



The fixed-column jib crane cooperates with the high reliability Medley chain electric hoist, which is especially suitable for short-distance, frequent use and intensive lifting operation. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, saving labor, small occupation area, easy operation and maintenance. The ring chain electric hoist has the function of lifting and running back and forth on the cross beam. The rotary arm beam can be driven by the reducer on the rotary device to rotate the rollers. The electric control box is installed on the ring chain hoist.



The operation of this machine is realized by the button of the flashlight door. There are eight buttons for the flashlight, which control the fast-rising, fast-falling, slow-rising, slow-falling, left-right turning and the horizontal front-and-back walking of the gourd cart.

Note:

1. The speed button and the reverse rotation button of the same motor shall not be pressed simultaneously during operation.

2. It is forbidden to stand under the lifting arm when working.

3. It is forbidden to drag heavy objects.

4. Overload lifting is prohibited.
